ROLE PURPOSE:
To deliver and manage creative ideas and design execution that delivers the Branding and Marketing objectives in order to differentiate the brand, build stronger brand recognition, in line with the global brand guidelines.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Creative delivery and execution:
- Ensure basic Graphic Design principles are implemented with high quality on all artworks, with minimal supervision
- Identify and understand emerging and novel creative trends and treatments
- Translate projects briefs into the required creative and design work
- Present creative delivery and solutions among key project stakeholders
- Capable of properly finalizing artworks ready for publishing, whether in print or in digital
- Capable of assessing and identifying the best output for different media
Projects Delivery:
- Review and create the branding activity plans by identifying projects from different key stakeholders
- Prepare a weekly project report on all deliverables with clear timelines and updates
- Proper documentation and communication of project deadlines to stakeholders to set expectations
- Liaise with Procurement and External vendor for quality check and timely delivery
- Capable of supervising external vendors and 3rd party agencies on any branding execution and implementation
Branding and Brand Guidelines:
- Deep understanding of the Brand and how it resonates in all parts of the business
- Ensure solid understanding of Branding principles and how they reflect in all communication touchpoints
- Ensure strict implementation of the Brand Guidelines with internal stakeholders and third-party agencies by reviewing and evaluating the output/project. Communicate with the stakeholders as needed.
Brand Library:
- Build and manage BA brand asset library (images, illustrations, iconographies) in a centralized repository, with a proper filing system
Cross Functional Support:
- Support all the Marketing Functions and other cross-functional departments that support the overall Marketing and Business AOP
